Many Bovonians fondly remember the inter-pub challenge from earlier years, but have bemoaned the fact that we have fewer pubs now. With the help and assistance of local venues and our lovely remaining pubs, we are bringing it back as the Bovey Bar Challenge!
Teams of 4 people will participate in various games at each of our venues around the town and the winning team shall receive the highly prized trophy and the adulation that they truly deserve!
Teams should have a theme and be wearing fancy dress, there is an additional trophy for the best dressed team.
The challenge starts at Bovey Tracey Cricket Club at 6pm, so teams should assemble ready for the start.
Entry costs £20 per team and booking is essential because we only have a limited number of teams available.
Entry forms are now available from Westlake's of Bovey, strictly limited numbers for this event so book early to avoid disappointment.
